מצב זכויות היוצרים באוספי ישראל נגלית לעין
ישראל נגלית לעין (להלן: ינ"ל) אינה בעלת זכויות היוצרים ביצירות שבאוספיה. חלק מהפריטים שבאוספי ישראל נגלית לעין מוגנים בזכויות יוצרים, ואוספים ופריטים מסוימים נתרמו למאגר בכפוף להסכמים המגדירים את תנאי השימוש בהם. ינ"ל מאפשרת למשתמשים להשתמש בפריטים שבאוספיה, כגון ליצור עותקים לשימוש אישי או מסחרי, פרסום, שילוב ביצירות חדשות ועוד, בכפוף למצב זכויות היוצרים שלהם ולהסכמים החלים עליהם.

Israel Revealed to the Eye does not own the copyright of the works in its collections. Some of the items in the collections of Israel Revealed to the Eye are protected by copyright, and certain collections and items were donated to the database subject to agreements defining their terms of use. Israel Revealed to the Eye allows users to use the items in its collections, such as making copies for personal or commercial use, publishing, incorporating them into new works and more, subject to their copyright status and to the agreements applicable to them.
Obtaining permission to use the works
